At EverythingBranded, we have a team of dedicated account managers specifically for Code Ninjas. Whether you need help with your order or require additional information regarding a product we are here to help.

Step 1 – Create your account.

We have already created an account per centre. If you’re a new centre or if you did not receive your welcome email please let us know or simply click on ‘Register An Account’ in the top right corner of the portal. You’ll receive an email from us once your account has been approved. Please visit your ‘My Account’ page to update your account details.

Step 2 – Place your order.

Click ‘add to cart’ to place the item you want to buy in your cart.

Once you’ve found all the items you’re looking for, click on the basket icon (top right) to view the items in your bag. Review and confirm your happy with the items in your bag. If your shipping address has not been added to your account, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Proceed to checkout. Confirm your billing and shipping address, contact number and email address. If any of these details have not been added to your account, you’ll need to enter them now. 

Continue to pay by card via Stripe.

Once your payment has gone through, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address with your order details, you’ll receive another email once your order has shipped with tracking from codeninjas@everythingbranded.com. You’ll receive an additional an email from no-reply@everythingbranded.com with your invoice.

If you do not receive an email from us, it’s worth checking your junk and checking we are marked as a safe sender.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders will be sent via UPS ground. If your order does not shipped within this time, please reach out to us.

Orders will be shipped from Las Vegas Nevada. ‘Made to order’ orders will vary, please contact your account manager.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also find your tracking details under the ‘Orders’ section in your account. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground.

Tracking can take a couple of days to update. If the tracking does not update, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it will update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. 

If your order does not arrive by your estimated delivery date or you cannot find your tracking details, please reach out to us and one your dedicated account managers will be more than happy to help!

Currently, if you place your order via the portal, we can only ship orders to one US address. For orders with multiple shipping locations or shipping outside of the US please reach out to us at codeninjas@everythingbranded.com or call us on +1(800)-586-1615 and we’ll get your order placed for you!

Payment through the online portal is by Credit Card, we accept Visa or Mastercard, for any other payment methods such as Bank Transfer please place your order with one of your dedicated account managers.

The quickest and easiest method to place an order with us is via the portal.

If you wish to place your order via our account management team, simply email codeninjas@everythingbranded.com or call us on +1(800)-586-1615 and one of your dedicated account managers will guide you through the ordering process. If you’re emailing in be sure to include the following details:

  • Product name or code
  • Quantity required
  • If you have a required date
  • Delivery address

Let us know the exact quantities you’re looking to order under the ‘Looking for more stock?’ section on the product page of item you’re interested in. 

Or you can email or call us, and we will be able to get your order placed for you.

Yes, we will be updating stock on a regular basis. You can choose to be notified when more stock arrives on the product page. When the item comes back into stock you’ll receive an email from us.

If you’re looking for an urgent order, it will be best to call or email us and we will get your order placed right away!

We have created this custom portal exclusively for Code Ninjas. The products listed online have been chosen by you! New items will be added to the portal, if you think we are missing something make sure you let us know and we will get right on it. You can submit your suggestions within the portal or reach out to us directly at codeninjas@everythingbranded.com or call us on +1(800)-586-1615.

You’ll be able to see your order history under the ‘Orders’ section in your account. To reorder simply add the same items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

If the item is not in stock or you cannot find the same item on the portal, reach out to your account manager, they’ll be able to assist your further.

The buying process will give you a running total of your order at each stage and dependent on the final outcome and requirements.

Orders can be cancelled or changed until your order has shipped. Please reach to us to us if this is the case (additional or cancellation charges may apply).

If your order has shipped, you’ll need to reach out to us, and we will let you know what options are available.

We want you to be delighted with your order, however if for any reason you wish to return your order, please reach out to us at codeninjas@everythingbranded.com. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of these custom products. Check ‘What if my order is damaged, faulty or incorrect?’ for more information. 

All returns must be pre-agreed in writing by contacting Everything Branded and shipped to an agreed return address. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any orders deemed to be faulty or claims regarding quantity of the items, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items. If you’ve recieved the incorrect item, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us, and any liability is agreed.

Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.

All claims must be made in writing, please email codeninjas@everythingbranded.com.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of EverythingBranded receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned, and no refund given.

We do have various different samples available, however we do ask that you cover the shipping charges.
